摘要
目的 :探讨分析应用寒温并用法治疗慢性前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法 :选取2011年1月至2013年5月间我院收治的慢性前列腺增生症患者104例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(54例),应用前列康片为对照组患者进行治疗,运用中医寒温并用的原则应用中药汤剂为观察组患者进行治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床疗效及IPSS评分的变化,并将对比的结果及两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果 :观察组患者治疗的总有效率为90.7%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为76.0%,观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。经过一段时间的治疗,两组患者的IPSS评分较治疗前均有明显下降,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。治疗后,观察组患者的IPSS评分为(11.22±6.09)分,对照组患者的IPSS评分为(14.56±6.11)分,观察组患者的IPSS评分明显低于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。经过一段时间的治疗,观察组患者的残余尿量明显低于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。观察组患者的前列腺体积虽然小于对照组患者,但差异并不显著(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。结论 :应用寒温并用法治疗慢性前列腺增生症的临床疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine of cold and warm usage on chronic hyperplasia of prostate. Methods 104 cases of chronic prostatic hyperplasia patients in 2011 January to 2013 May in our hospital were as study objects, were randomly divided into observation group(54 cases) and control group(50 cases), the observation group was treated with TCM cold and warm treatment treatment, control group with QianLieKang tablets in the treatment of. The effect of two groups were observed and the changes of IPSS score. Results in the observation group, the total efficiency of 90.7%,significantly higher than the control group 76%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); score, prostate volume and residual urine volume of two groups of IPSS were significantly improved, but the observation group IPSS score, residual urine volume was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion the TCM cold and warm treatment on chronichyperplasia of prostate of curative effect, can significantly improve the IPSS score.
