联合使用硫酸镁和孟鲁司特治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果观察

The Clinical Observation of Treatment of Magnesium Sulfate Combined Montelukast Infantile Bronchial Asthma

目的 :探讨联合使用硫酸镁和孟鲁司特治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法 :对2012年8月~2014年2月期间我院收治的64例小儿支气管哮喘患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这64例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有32例患儿。为两组患儿均使用常规的方法进行治疗。在此基础上,为对照组患儿使用硫酸镁进行治疗,为观察组患儿联合使用硫酸镁和孟鲁司特进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患儿的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV)、用力呼气流量(PEFR)及临床效果。结果 :观察组患儿治疗的总有效率为96.88%,对照组患儿治疗的总有效率为78.13%,观察组患儿治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患儿,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。进行治疗前,两组患儿在FVC、FEV、PEFR方面相比差异不具显著性(p>0.05)。治疗结束后,观察组患儿的FVC、FEV、PEFR明显优于对照组患儿,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 :联合使用硫酸镁和孟鲁司特治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果好,能有效地改善患儿的肺功能。此治疗方法值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the magnesium sulfate combined Montelukast, therapy effect on lung function in children with bronchial asthma and the mechanism of action. Methods: In August 2012 to February 2014, our hospital 64 cases of children with bronchial asthma, 32 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group in 32 cases, both way given conventional treatment, on this basis, the control group to give magnesium sulfate treatment, observation group magnesium sulfate to joint Montelukast treatment, observation of two groups of children with lung function index, 4 weeks to judge clinical curative effect of two groups. Results: The total effective rate of control group and observation group were 78.13%(25/32) and 96.88%(31/32). Two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05). Observation group and control group after treatment forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV), forced expiratory flow rate(PEFR) have significant difference(P< 0.05). Conclusion: Magnesium sulfate combined Montelukast treatment of children with infantile bronchial asthma can improve lung function, reduce airway respiratory resistance and improve therapeutic effect. The role and its synergistic inhibition of respiratory inflammation, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
