摘要
目的 :探讨为行髋关节置换手术的老年患者施行手术室护理的临床意义。方法 :将2010年11月至2013年7月我院收治的112例行人工髋关节手术的老年患者分为观察组和对照组,为对照组患者进行常规护理,为观察组患者进行全面的手术室护理,并对比分析其临床疗效及术后病情恢复的情况。结果 :观察组患者消极心理的缓解率为98.2%,对照组患者消极心理的缓解率为48.2%,二者相比差异显著,P<0.05,有统计学意义。观察组患者髋关节功能的改善率为91.1%,对照组患者髋关节功能的改善率为55.4%,二者相比差异显著,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论 :为行髋关节置换手术的老年患者进行手术室护理可消除其消极心理,提高其手术疗效,此法值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective: To explore the operating room with importance in elderly hip replacement surgery anesthesia nursing,nursing with the key analysis of anesthesia.Method:According to the hospital in November 2010 to July 2013 112 elderly casesof artificial hip joint surgery patients admitted during the period of review and analysis of the operating room nursing content,summed up the key measures.Results: Analysis the 112 cases of our hospital in the nursing group and the control group,nursing group were better than control group.Conclusion:The nursing cooperation can effectively improve the effect of the treatment of elderly patients with hip replacement operation and it is an effective method for prevention of surgical complications to ensure the success of the surgery.
