临床护理路径在护理管理工作中的应用价值分析

目的:探讨在护理管理工作中应用临床护理路径的效果。方法:将2010年1月至2013年12月我院收治的268例患者作为研究对象,分析为其采用临床护理路径进行护理管理的效果。结果:通过对本组268例患者使用满意率调查表进行调查分析,结果显示,本组患者对服务态度、专业程度和工作态度三个评价项目的满意率分别为96.64%、94.78%和94.03%。结论:在护理管理工作中应用临床护理路径可取得规范护理工作内容、提高患者对护理服务的满意率及提高护理人员的职业素质等效果,此法值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective: To explorer the application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing management. Methods: The data in 268 cases patients were retrospectively analyzed,and the efficacy of clinical nursing pathway was evaluated. Results: The patient satisfaction rate of service attitude,specialty and working attitude was 96.64%,94.78%or 94.03%. Conclusion: Clinical nursing path has very important practical significance, and it is worth to strengthening the nursing management,improving the patient satisfaction rate and the nurse quality.
