摘要 通过对"985"大学展开系统性的分职能效率研究与内外部影响因素分析,结果发现:(1)"985"大学的科研效率显著低于教学效率,且科研效率之间的差距更为突出;(2)研究生培养效率显著低于本科生培养效率;(3)所谓的研究型大学,其科研效率并不理想,且不少大学的自然科学与社会科学研究效率高度失衡,但优势学科的高效率能保证学校较高的整体科研效率;(4)外部环境因素对效率水平没有显著影响,起作用的是一系列内部结构要素。 Analyzing the effect of external environment variables and internal structure variables on the function-divided efficiency based on the Tobit model,it found that:the research efficiencies of'985Project'universities were significantly lower than the teaching efficiencies;the graduate cultivation efficiencies were significantly lower than the undergraduate cultivating efficiencies;the natural science and social science research efficiencies of many universities were highly unbalanced,but the integral research efficiency was usually determined by the most prominent disciplines' efficiencies;external environment variables had nearly no significant effect on the efficiencies of '985 Project'universities,but internal structure variables played very important roles.
