摘要
美国教育硕士培养具有鲜明的特色,表现在将教育硕士培养纳入教师专业发展大背景,根据社会发展需要设置形式多样的教育硕士专业和方向,注重理论与实践的紧密联系,开设灵活多样的教育硕士课程,建立优质师资队伍等。其对我国教育硕士的发展与完善具有重要启示作用。教育硕士培养应体现教师的专业性,为教师专业发展服务;教育硕士专业学位设置应充分尊重市场需要,为社会提供亟须人才;教育硕士培养应努力提升学生的实践智慧,促进理论与实践的融合;要完善教师队伍建设,加大教育博士招生力度。
The vivid characteristics of American master education training are that training is incorporated into the background of teachers' professional development.It formed many valuable experiences,such as promoting teachers' professional development,setting up various direction and courses,linking theory and practice,offering flexible education master curriculum,recruiting qualified teachers,etc.It has important enlightenment for China education master development:education master should embody teacher professionalism,service for teacher professional development,respect social needs,improve students' practical wisdom,promote the integration of theory and practice,perfect teacher's team construction,and strengthen efforts of education doctor recruitment.
