The Erasmus+Project:The Latest Progress of Higher Education Policy of the European Union

"伊拉斯谟+"计划拓展了"伊拉斯谟"计划的成效,由三个关键性行动即促进个体学习交流、开展成功经验交流与合作、支持政策革新和两个辅助性方案即让·莫内行动、体育运动方案构成。欧盟采取了识别和验证技能与资格、传播和利用各种项目成果、扩大和保持国际合作、贯彻和实施多语言制度、倡导和促进公平与包容、保障与维护参与者的利益等措施来扩大欧洲高等教育在世界的影响力和竞争力。

The Erasmus+ Project expanded the effects of its predecessor Erasmus Project,which consisted of three key actions and such two supplementary schemes as Jean Monnet Activities and Sport Actions.The European Union adopted the following series of specific measures:recognition and validation of skills and qualifications,dissemination and exploitation of project results,expansion of international dimension,implementation of multilingualism,promotion of equity and inclusion,protection and safety of participants,to expand the influence and the competitiveness of European higher education in the world scope.
