食品中霉菌、酵母菌的检测是食品检测中非常重要的一个检测环节。但随着科技和经济的快速发展,传统检测方法的效率已经不能够满足社会需求,需要朝着快速化、简便化和准确化方向发展。对此,本文将对食品中霉菌、酵母菌检测的方法和实验结果进行分析。
Testing of molds and yeasts in food,is an important food detection link.Nowadays,with the rapid development of technology and economy,traditional testing method can not meet the need of food testing.So we should explore some rapid andsimple method,to improve the accuracy degree of testing.The paper mainly analyzes the method and result of molds and yeasts testing.
