学校教学的动力分析

摘要 教学要形成良好的动力体系,必须最充分地依托和发挥人的生命力量,必须找到和拥有教学的原动力,促使原动力更有效地发挥作用。教学的原动力是儿童的学习天性,是儿童的学。这是因为学是先发的、本原的、自然的,是教育本体的因素,更是最活跃的、多变的目标性因素,是教的目的和归依;而发自外部的教,是后来的、可改变的,是居于助动力地位的。今天基础教育的问题,总的来说可以归结为教育内部动力不足、动力体系极不合理,而问题解决的关键是通过把主要依靠教转变为主要依靠学,以实现教育生产力的巨大解放。 To make instruction a good dynamic system,we must fully rely and exert the life power of a person,and find and possess the original driving force of instruction is children's instinct for learning.Since learning is initiative,original,natural and is the factor of education itself,furthermore it is the most active and changeable target factor,which is the aim of education.Whereas instruction from the outside is not original and easy to change,and it is placed as the help momentum in the whole education.The problems of today's basic education are boiled down to the lack of inner driving forces of education and the unreasonable dynamic system of education.The key to solve the problem is to change the view of imparting the knowledge by teachers to that of learning by students,only by which the great emancipation of production of education can be successfully realized.
