家庭教育中“破坏性教育”的现象及对策探究

摘要 建随着社会的不断进步和发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,家庭对教育投资的比重也在逐步地增加。越来越多的家长也开始重视对子女的教育和培养,不断去挖掘有利于孩子健康成长的教育资源,充分利用家庭教育的得天独厚的有利平台。然而很多家长在对子女因材施教的过程中,因没有科学的理论方法做指导,普遍存在着"破坏性教育"的现象。这种"破坏性教育"不仅没有起到教育的目的,反而给孩子身心的健康成长带来了诸多的弊端。如何有效地利用好家庭教育这内在的宝贵资源;如何避免类似"破坏性教育"的发生,这是家庭教育急需要解决的瓶颈。笔者根据实证研究,对"破坏性教育"的现象进行深入浅出的探讨,并鉴于此提出解决家庭教育问题的对策。 As standard of living gradually improve,The improving of the people's quality,More and more parents pay attention to education and training of children.Family education as a school education of extension,On the stage of growth in children plays very important role.however,he parents of the lack of scientific education mode,Real life exists generally 'destructive education' phenomenon,This 'destructive education form' is multifaceted,The health of children of the negative effect of growth is not ignored.Further to 'destructive education' phenomenon of exploration and reflection,or scientific and reasonable education method,Reveal the family education get twice the result with half the fine effect.
