重庆市统筹城乡教育进程中的教师资源配置研究

On the Configuration of Teaching Resources in the Course of Reform of Urban and Rural Education in Chongqing

打破城乡二元结构,消除教育质量的差距是目前统筹城乡教育发展的攻坚所在。城乡教师队伍水平的不同是导致城乡教育质量差距的主要原因。因而加强教师队伍建设就成为统筹城乡教育发展的关键。当前,要采取一系列优化农村教师师资配置机制的措施,如提高农村教师经济待遇、强化农村教师培训机制、加强农村教师继续教育、深化农村中小学人事分配制度改革等。

Bridging the gap between urban and rural areas in educational quality is a hard nut to reform development of urban and rural education,which has resulted from different qualities and levels between urban rural teachers.Thus the key point to promote a reform development of urban and rural education is to transform the configurative mechanism of teaching resources to vigorously strengthen the construction of rural teaching teams.Effective measures should be taken to optimize the configurative mechanism of rural teaching resources by improving economic treatment to rural teachers, intensifying training mechanism of rural teachers,strengthening continue education of rural teachers and deepening a reform of the system of personnel distribution in rural middle and primary schools.
