小煤矿由于规模小、设备落后、从业人员素质低、管理人才缺乏等原因,事故频发、资源浪费严重。就国有大矿如何实现对托管煤矿的有效管理进行了讨论。
Due to the small size, obsolete equipment, low quality of employees, lack of management personnel and other reasons, accidents occur frequently and resources are wasted seriously in small coal mines. Discusses how to achieve effective management of managed coal mines by large state-owned mines.
