摘要
主通风机作为煤矿的能耗大户,由于其功率大,且长期连续不间断运行,电耗在煤矿中占有很大比重,因此,主通风机的选型是否合理以及运行效率的高低,将直接影响到矿井的能耗指标。通过对通风机能耗计算的分析,以实际案例进一步论证了主通风机变频调速技术的显著节能效果。
As a major energy consumer of coal mine, the electricity consumption of main fan occupies a large proportion in the coal mine because of its power, and long-term continuous uninterrupted operation, so the selection and operating efficiency of main fan will directly affect the energy consumption indicator of mine. Through the analysis of energy calculations of fan and practical case, further demonstrates the significant energy-saving effect of frequency conversion technology of main fan.
