摘要
机械自动化条件下,煤炭行业也开始广泛使用机电设备并且发挥着重要作用。机电设备在运转过程中由于外部及内部因素的影响有可能出现故障,一旦出现故障就会影响工作的进行。因此,煤炭机电设备出现故障就要技术维修,为了保证机电设备正常运转,就要全面分析故障出现的原因,并采用合适的方法进行维修和预防。在故障维修模型建立的基础上提出要机电设备故障维修的有效措施。
Under the conditions of mechanical automation, electromechanical equipments begin to be used widely and play an important role in the coal industry. Electromechanical equipments may malfunction during operation due to the influence of external and internal factors, which affects the operation. Thus coal electromechanical equipment failure needs technical maintenance. In order to ensure the normal operation of electromechanical equipments, the reasons for failure must be fully analyzed and appropriate methods for maintenance and prevention should be used. Effective measures to maintain electromechanical equipment failure are proposed on the basis of establishing maintenance model.
