亚心形四爿藻生长与温度、盐度关系的构建 被引量:2

摘要 采用面心立方设计(CCF)研究了温度(16~32℃)和盐度(15~55)对亚心形四爿藻生长的联合效应。结果表明,温度与盐度的一次、二次效应及互作效应对亚心形四爿藻比生长速率影响都极显著(P【0.01),温度对亚心形四爿藻比生长速率的影响大于盐度。响应曲面法分析结果表明,当温度和盐度同时升高时,亚心形四爿藻比生长速率呈先上升后下降的趋势。构建亚心形四爿藻比生长速率与温度、盐度间的模型方程,模型的决定系数为0.987 3,拟合度极高;预测决定系数为0.882 4,表明可用于预测亚心形四爿藻比生长速率的变化。通过模型优化及验证实验,在温度、盐度组合为26℃/33时,亚心形四爿藻比生长速率达到最大值。 By using Central Composite Face-centered design (CCF), the joint effects of water temperature (16-32℃) and salinity (15-55) on the growth of Tetraselmis subcordiformis were examined in this study. The results showed that the linear, quadratic and the interactive effects of temperature and salinity on the specific growth rate (SGR) of Tetraselmis subcordiformis were highly significant (P<0.01). Through response surface methodology, it showed that the SGR varied with increasing water temperature and salinity in a curvilinear fashion and the effect of temperature was greater than that of salinity. A model equation about the relationships of the growth rate with the two factors was established, with the R2 as highly as 0.9873, suggesting that the overarching predictive capability of the model was satisfactory, and the Pred.R2 reached 0.8824, demonstrating that the model could be practicably applied to prediction. Through the optimization of the reliable model, the SGR reached its maximum (0.83) when the thermohaline combination was 26℃/33, with the desirability value 0.985. These experimental results could offer theoretical reference for the production of the Tetraselmis subcordiformis.
