海洋经济贝类遗传连锁图谱研究进展

Research Progress of Genetic Linkage of Marine Commercial Shellfish

综述近10年来海洋经济贝类遗传连锁图谱的研究动态,包括建图群体的确定、分子标记的选择以及现有海洋经济贝类遗传图谱的特点,并对22张典型贝类连锁图谱从标记种类、标记密度、标记覆盖率等方面进行详尽比较,分析目前海洋经济贝类连锁图谱构建的重大突破和所面临的问题。

The research progress of genetic linkage map of marine commercial molluscs has been reviewed in the past decade, including the decision of mapping population, the selection of molecular marker, and the characteristics of map in existence. The typical linkage maps were also compared in the following aspects:the types, density, coverage rate of markers and map length and so on. On the basis of comparison, the breakthrough and some problems of this research field in the future were analyzed.
