165例小儿腹泻的病因及护理对策研究

Study on the cause and nursing strategy of 165 cases of infantile diarrhea

目的研究分析小儿腹泻的病因,并探讨其护理方法。方法选取2011年6月~2013年12月本院收治的165例腹泻患儿为研究对象,对其病因进行探讨,并将其随机分为对照组(常规护理组)82例和观察组(优质护理组)83例,然后将两组患儿腹泻及呕吐改善时间、脱水纠正时间及护理前后的家长认知度进行比较。结果 165例患儿病因分析中以感染导致比例最高,明显高于其他因素引起者,另外观察组的腹泻及呕吐改善时间、脱水纠正时间构成均明显好于对照组,护理后家长对小儿腹泻的认知程度也显著高于对照组,组间均有显著性差异(均P<0.05)。结论小儿腹泻病因中以感染为主,而优质护理对于促进患儿康复及提升家长认知度均有积极的作用。

Objective To study the cause of infantile diarrhea and explore the nursing measures. Methods 165 cases of infantile diarrhea from June 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected as research subjects,the cause of infantile diarrhea were explored,and all research subjects were randomly divided into 82 cases of the control group(usual care group) and 83 cases of the observation group(quality care group),then the improve time of diarrhea and vomiting,dehydration corrected time and parents awareness before and after care of two groups were compared. Results 165 cases of infantile diarrhea in this group,infection was the mainly cause of diseases,its proportion was significantly higher than those caused by other factors,the improve time of diarrhea and vomiting,dehydration corrected time of observation group was better than the control group, and the parents awareness after care of observation group was higher than the control group, there were significant differences between two groups(all P<0.05). Conclusion The main causes of infantile diarrhea is infection,quality care has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of infantile and enhance awareness of parents.
