手术治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的疗效分析

Efficacy of surgical treatment of unstable pelvic fractures

目的探讨手术方法对不稳定性骨盆骨折的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院2010年7月~2013年3月期间收治的不稳定性骨盆骨折患者80例,对患者进行骨折分型,按照分型结果选择合适的入路方法,并对结果进行分析讨论。结果所有患者术后骨盆骨折情况均得到改善,均恢复行走功能,X线片检查结果表明,患者的骨折移位情况愈合良好,术后骨盆功能优良率为96.25%。结论采用骨盆外固定支架对不稳定性骨盆骨折患者进行治疗,能够有效的对患者失血性休克症状进行纠正,且具有操作简单、安全可靠的特点,值得在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of surgical methods for the treatment of unstable pelvic fracture. Methods Randomly selected 80 cases admitted to hospital suffering from unstable pelvic fracture patients in July 2010 and March 2013,to classify the type of fracture patients,then select the appropriate approach method typing results,and analyzed and discussed the results. Results All patients in the case of pelvic fractures after surgery were improved, walking function were restored, the X-ray examination results showed that the fracture displacement patient''s healing well, after surgery the pelvic function''s excellent rate was 96.25% excellent. Conclusion Using pelvic external fixation method to treat unstable pelvic fracture patients,can effectively correct the symptoms of patients with hemorrhagic shock,and it is simple, safe and reliable.This treatment is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
