城镇化视角下的体育与农村基层社会管理创新探寻

The Exploration of Sports from the Perspective of Urbanization and the Social Management Innovation of Rural Grassroots

随着我国城镇化建设,农村基层社会变化巨大,创新社会管理方式尤具现实意义。运用实地调查法、文献资料等方法,对睢宁、江阴、浙江等地农村基层社会管理创新的实践进行调研,发现体育在其中的不可替代作用。通过分析指出体育参与农村基层社会管理的可行性与必要性,并就体育参与农村基层社会管理可能出现的问题提出控制措施。结论是以民生的理念发展农村体育是参与社会管理的根本,推进城镇化建设应是体育参与社会管理创新的方向,体育公共服务体系的完善是体育参与社会管理创新的基础。

With the development of urbanization,great changes have taken place in the rural grassroots,thus,it is of realistic meaning for the innovation of social management.Through the investigation of the practice of social management innovation with field method and literature in the rural grassroots of Suining,Jiangyin and Zhejiang,it is found that the sports act the irreplaceabe role in it.It analyzes the necessity and feasibility for sports participating in the social management and puts forward the countermeasures for possible problems.The results are given out that it is fundamental to develop rural sports with the concept of livelihood.It is the direction to promote urbanization.It is the basic to complete the public service system of sports.
