摘要
目的:研究诺迪康胶囊抗小鼠运动性疲劳的作用。方法:将ICR小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组和诺迪康高、中、低3个剂量组,采用负重游泳试验建立小鼠的运动性疲劳模型,通过比较小鼠游泳力竭时间、机体乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、尿素氮(BUN)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和肝糖原的含量变化,考察诺迪康胶囊抗小鼠运动性疲劳的作用。结果:诺迪康胶囊可明显延长小鼠力竭游泳时间、提高运动后小鼠LDH、SOD和肝糖原含量;降低体内BUN和MDA含量。结论:诺迪康胶囊具有降低小鼠机体损伤、增强小鼠抗运动疲劳的作用。
Objective:This study investigated the potential effects of Nuodikang capsules on exercise-induced fatigue in mice.Method:ICR mice were randomly assigned into normal control group,model group and Nuodikang high,medium and low dose groups.Exercise-induced fatigue mice models were established using loaded swimming exercise.The exhaustive swimming time,serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),super oxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and hepatic glycogen content were compared.Result:Nuodikang capsules can significantly prolong the exhaustive swimming time,increase LDH,SOD and glycogen content,and reduce BUN and MDA content.Conclusion:Nuodikang capsules protect body from exercise injury and enhance anti-fatigue function in mice.
