摘要
近年来,网络团购迅速兴起,但由于其发展时间不长且缺乏监管措施,存在许多问题,主要有网站模式同质化严重且客户忠诚度不高,缺乏信用和监管体系,网络信息存在安全隐患,团购网站难以确保产品和服务质量等。因此,应采取创新商业模式、完善监督体系和行业制度、建立维权机制等措施,促进网络团购的健康发展。
In recent years,group purchase online has become more common. However,because of the lack of supervision,many problems have exposed,including the serious homogeneity of website mode and the low customer loyalty,the lack of credit and supervision system,the hidden danger of net information safety as well as the website's guarantee for products and service quality,etc. Therefore,measures should be taken to promote the healthy development of group purchase online by innovating commercial modes,improving supervision system and trade institution,establishing the mechanism of right protection and so on.
