在中国崛起的背景下,美国强化了遏制中国的"重返亚太"战略。日本面对亚太格局的变化和中国的崛起,军国主义抬头,整个社会走向右倾,积极拉拢泰国。日泰双方深化了政治、经济、安保方面的合作关系。

In the context of the rise of China,the United States strengthened the strategy of'Returning to Asia-Pacific'to contain China. Facing the changes of Asia-Pacific pattern and the rise of China,as well as the rise of militarism and the right deviation of the whole society,Japan actively drew Thailand. Both Japan and Thailand have deepened their cooperation in politics,economy and security procedure.
