肿瘤患者过度医疗需求行为的调查与分析

目的研究肿瘤患者过度医疗需求行为与患者的性别、年龄、收入、文化程度、入院次数和确诊时间之间的关系。方法采用随机抽样法,选择同一天在院的200名患者作为样本进行问卷调查,并对各因素与过度医疗需求行为进行logistic回归分析。结果有过度医疗需求行为的肿瘤患者占80.3%。患者入院次数越多,担心复发,还未到复查时间来院复查的过度医疗需求行为越少,尚未发现学历、年龄、收入、性别、确诊时间对过度医疗需求行为的影响。结论肿瘤患者的过度医疗需求行为需要引起医护人员的重视。尤其对于初次入院或者前几次入院的肿瘤患者,护理人员应对其进行避免此行为的健康指导。

Objective To investigate the incidence of excessive medical demand and the relationship with the sex ,age ,income ,education level ,number of admissions and the diagnosis of tumor patients .Methods Totally 200 patients in our hospital on the same day were chosen randomly and investigated by questionnaires . The relationship between factors and the excessive medical demand were studied by logistic regression analysis .Results It found that 80.3% tumor patients had excessive medical demand behavior .The more the number of patients admitted to hospital ,the less they feared recurrence or had hospital review before the time .The impact of sex ,age ,income , education level ,admission number and the diagnosis time to excessive medical demand had not been found .Conclusion The excessive medical demand of the tumor patients need to be paid more attention by medical staff .Especially for the patients who are the first or the first few times for admission ,the nurses should provide more health instructions and attention .
