摘要
硅芯片基板的金属化是制造晶硅太阳电池的关键连接工艺,收集太阳电池产生的电流,直接影响电池的能量转换效率。用丝网印刷技术对硅芯片进行金属化,最适合太阳电池生产,是一种精密的印刷技术,也是下一代太阳电池生产商首选的工艺技术。
The metalization of the silcon substrate is the key connecting technique in making crystalline silicon solar cell,which collects the electric current produced by the solar cells,and affects the transfering rate.To matalize the silicon chip with silk screen printing technique best suits the making of silicon solar cell,it is a kind of precise printing technique,it is also the first choice art for the makers to choose in making the next generation of solar cells.
