摘要
以氯化聚乙烯橡胶为基料,通过对配方中的过氧化物硫化体系配比、氧化镁的选择以及补强填充材料的配合等方面的优化,确定了最佳配方体系。实验结果表明:这种新组合适用于矿用电缆护套的生产,性能也符合相关标准要求,且能大幅度降低材料成本,改善加工性能。
Using chlorinated polyethylene as the basic polymer,the rubber sheath formula,which was influenced mainly by peroxide curing system,magnesium oxide,and reinforcing filler component,has been optimized. The tests result showed that this formula was applicable to mining industry cable sheath production,not only satisfied the performance and processing requirements,but also greatly reduced the cost of materials.
