107例准高原地区VEEG监测患者临床特征分析

摘要 目的分析准高原地区VEEG监测患者的临床特征;方法前瞻性登记行24小时录像视频脑电图患者进行临床特征分析;结果 2012年4月~2013年5月期间前瞻性登记监测患者107例,癫痫74例、其他33例,其中心因性非癫痫性发作17例,脑电图异常检出67例,检出率为62.62%。癫痫患者中异常检出为56例,检出率为75.66%。睡眠周期不完整,缺乏深睡期。结论高原地区癫痫患者脑电图异常检出率及表现与内地类同,但是有睡眠周期表现为深睡期的缺如,初步提示与高原相关的睡眠特征。 Objectives to analyze of the clinical characteristics of patients with long-term Video-EEG monitoring in standard high-altitude area Methods Prospective registering patients with long-term Video-EEG Results 2012.4-2013.5 in 107 cases of patients with prospective registration monitoring,including male 62 cases,female 47 cases,age 14-72 years old,the average age of 36.39,92 cases of Tibetan,Han 15 cases,74 cases of epilepsy,the other 33 cases,including 17 cases of psychogenic non-epileptic seizures,EEG abnormalities were detected in 67 cases,the positive rate was 62.62%.Epilepsy is abnormal in 56 cases,the positive rate was 75.66%.Conclusions The VEEG abnormality rate in plateau area are similar as mainland,but the sleep cycle performance have its features suggest that sleep related with plateau.
