不规则抗体在输血前筛查的意义

目的对住院中需输血的病人进行不规则抗体筛查,分析总结不规则抗体检查的必要性,以保证病人输血中的安全。方法对2011年至2013年我院输血前检查的12519例病人进行不规则抗体筛查,阳性结果送成都市血液中心继续抗体鉴定。结果 12519例样本筛查出不规则抗体60例,阳性率达0.48%。结论为确保输血安全,不仅要开展不规则抗体筛查,更要开展不规则抗体鉴定。
