陕西省铜川市是典型的资源依赖型工业老城。在转型成为生态宜居的养生休闲城市的路子上,如何治污降霾是亟须解决的重要问题。只有在集中整治突出问题,建立健全长效机制,保持执法高压态势,加大投入力度,营造社会氛围,建立区域联防联控机制等方面下工夫,才能打好这场全方位、多层次的攻坚战,推动城市转型发展。

How to manage pollution and haze is an important prob-lem be solved in the transition to become the national well-known ecological livable city. In order to win this comprehensive and multilevel battle and then promote the transformation of city development, only by focusing on outstanding issues, establishing and improving the long-term mechanism, keeping high pressure situation of law enforcement, increasing investment, creating a social atmosphere, es-tablishing a regional mechanism for joint prevention and control etc.
