小口径火炮快速补弹装置的动力学分析 被引量:1

摘要 小口径火炮能否具备持续作战能力的关键因素之一就是补弹装置的补弹速度,因此设计了一种快速补弹装置。该补弹装置采用无链补弹方式,能够实现对小口径火炮的快速、连续补弹和自动化处理卡弹问题,且补弹数量不受限制,可有效提高小口径火炮的持续作战能力。利用CATIA建立补弹装置三维模型,并利用ADAMS对补弹装置进行动力学分析。分析得出,该补弹装置能够实现快速、连续补弹和有效处理卡弹问题,且整个过程中炮弹不会变形和损毁。该补弹装置原理可行,为小口径火炮补弹装置的进一步研究奠定了基础,具有一定的参考价值。 One of the key factors for continuous work of small caliber cannon is the speed of shell supplement device.For this reason,a rapid shell supplement device was designed.This device adopts chainless shell supplement,which can make small caliber cannon to be rapidly and continuously supplied with shells and can also get rid of the phenomenon of shell-locking automatically.The supplementary quantity of shell is unrestricted.The device can enhance the ability of continuous work of small caliber cannon.CATIA was used to build 3Dmodel of shell supplement device and ADAMS was used to analyze dynamic property.The result shows that the shell supplement device can realize rapid and continuous shell supply and get rid of the phenomenon of shell-locking automatically.In the process of supplement,shells will not be deformed or damaged.The principle of shell supplement device is feasible,which establishes the foundation for further study on shell supplement device of small caliber cannon and has a certain reference value.
