摘要
针对舰炮武器系统作战效能准确评估问题,提出了一种基于ADC法的作战效能评估模型。根据舰炮武器系统的特点,给出了有效性向量和可信赖性矩阵的评估模型;在能力向量的评估模型中提出了舰炮对目标的射击效能应与舰炮毁伤目标的概率、传感器跟踪能力、火炮瞄准能力及火炮的射击区域有关,并给出了具体的计算模型,有效解决了能力矩阵的准确评估的难题。以某小口径舰炮武器系统作战效能计算为例,给出了模型的应用实例。该模型可操作性强,能准确评估舰炮武器系统作战效能。
Aimed at the problem of operational effectiveness evaluation of naval gun weapon system,an effectiveness evaluation model based on ADC (Availability,Dependability and Ca-pability)method was proposed.According to the characteristics of naval gun weapon system, the evaluation model of the availability vector and dependability matrix was given.In the evalua-tion model of capability vector,the fire efficiency of naval gun was considered that has relations with tracking ability of sensor,damage probability,sighting capability and fire zone of gun,as well as the calculation model was given to evaluate exactly the capability matrix.Take the op-erational effectiveness calculation of the small caliber naval gun weapon system as an example, the model was applied.The results show the model can be used easily and evaluate exactly the operational effectiveness of naval gun.
