AZ91D压铸镁合金热旋铆变形行为的数值模拟

Numerical simulation of deformation behavior of die-cast AZ91D magnesium alloy in hot revolving-riveting

摘要 对尺寸为4 mm×4.7 mm的压铸AZ91D镁合金铆钉热旋铆时的变形行为进行了数值模拟研究,采用了正交试验方法分析成形参数对铆钉成形的影响,得出最佳参数组合为:铆头初始温度为600℃,传热时间为2 s,铆头进给速度为0.8 mm/s,铆头转速为480 r/min。并分析不同成形参数下变形区温度、应力、应变分布规律及变形区的损伤情况,铆钉头部边缘处在成形中的等效应力最大,波动幅度显著,变形不稳定,且该区域成形后损伤最大,易产生破裂、褶皱等缺陷。 Deformation behavior of die-cast AZ91 D magnesium alloy rivet in the process of hot revolving-riveting was researched.Orthogonal tests were applied to analyze the effect of the hot revolving-riveting deformation parameters on the deformation behavior. The optimum parameters are obtained: swinging head temperature is 600 ℃,heat transfer time is 2 s,feed speed is 0. 8 mm / s and swinging head rotational speed is 480 r / min. The variation of temperature,strain,stress and the distribution of damage in the deforming region were also discussed. The head of the rivet has the largest stress and damage which results in fracture and drape.
