中国矿业大学青年教工公寓设计中“意念社区”思想的体现

EMBODIMENT OF “VIRTUAL COMMUNITY” THINKING IN DESIGN OF APARTMENT FOR YOUTH TEACHERS AND STAFF MEMBERS IN CHINA UNIVERSITY OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY

在中国多数楼间距较大或密度相对较低的高层居住区规划设计中,普遍存在着楼间绿地空间布局单调,过分追求形式而忽略功能,缺乏人的参与和互动等问题。以中国矿业大学青年教师公寓方案设计为模板,通过探索空间结构形态对人们行为的影响,提高人们参与到宅间绿地的力度,从而达到提高这一空间的使用成效,使宅间绿地空间得以良好利用。

In the planning and design of most Chinese high-rise residential areas with large space between buildings or low density, generally there are the problems of monotonous layout of green space between houses, excessive pursuit of form and neglecting function, lacking of participation and interaction between people.With the help of the idea of the scheme design of the apartment for youth teachers and staff members in China University of Mining and Technology, by exploring the influence of spatial structure on people's behavior, the participation of people involving in the green space between houses was improved, so as to improve the effectiveness of the use of space, make the green house space have a good use.
