摘要
对23个预应力钢带加固的钢筋混凝土圆柱进行了轴压性能试验研究,试验着重研究不同混凝土强度等级下钢带层数、钢带间距两个主要因素对加固混凝土圆柱的破坏形态、变形特性、承载能力、裂缝和变形发展的影响。通过对预应力钢带约束混凝土受力机理的理论分析,建立预应力钢带约束混凝土圆柱抗压强度统一计算模型,所建算式的计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。研究成果在西安某办公楼的改造工程中进行了应用,得到了很好的加固效果。
The concentrical compression performance of 23 reinforced concrete circular columns retrofitted by transversely prestressed steel strips was tested. In the experiment,it was studied the influences of the number of steel strip layer and spacing of steel strip on the failure modes,deformation characteristics,load-carrying capacity,crack and the development of deformation. Based on analysis of the prestressed steel strip confined mechanism and stress distribution of the retrofitted concrete column,an unified model to calculate compressive strength was established,and the calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental results. From the experimental results,the retrofitted method was adopted in an office building renovation project in Xi'an City.
