摘要
伪满时期在东北地区出现的"日系住宅",是一种以"和室"建筑文化为特征,裹挟在当时的折衷、集仿建筑思潮之中的,具有现代主义建筑风格的低、多层城市住宅。通过对长春市中小套型"日系住宅"现存实例的研究分析,指出其在价值取向、建筑形态和技术措施等方面最具特色。
Japanese style houses appeared in the northeastern region during Manchukuo period,which were the low,multi-layer city housings with a kind of 'Washitsu 'architectural culture characteristic,and were coerced into a compromise at that time,having the imitation of architectural thought and a modernist architectural style. By the analysis of the existing cases of the medium and small Japanese houses in Changchun,it was pointed out the most uniques in the terms of values,architectural form and technical measures.
