The development history of the Monastery of Santa Maria and Pickman ceramics factory was discussed.Taking the big event of World Expo'92 in Seville as an advantage,the historical and cultural heritages were changed into the regional development resources. Ultimately,accompanied by the regeneration of historical and cultural environment,their protection and sustainable development were realized.
