摘要
设计了两种Ti/C原子比为0.5的钛微合金钢,研究了Mo对钛微合金钢不同奥氏体化温度下组织性能的影响。结果表明,Mo的添加,提高了钛的碳氮化物在奥氏体中的固溶度,降低了奥氏体均匀化温度,细化了奥氏体晶粒,提高了奥氏体晶界和晶内的显微硬度。
Two kinds of titanium micro-alloyed steels with 0.5 atom ratio of Ti/C were designed , and influence of molybdenum addition on microstructures and properties at different austenitizing temperatures of both titanium micro -alloyed steels were investigated .The results indicate that with the presence of molybdenum , the solid solution of titanium carbonitride in the austenite increases , the austenite homogenization temperature decreases and austenite grain refines , and the microhardness in both of the austenite grain boundary and the crystal increases .
