摘要
利用Gleeble 3800热模拟试验机研究了轧制温度(750~1100℃)对螺纹钢HRB400组织和性能的影响,并对不同变形条件下螺纹钢的变形抗力进行了分析。结果表明,随变形温度的提高,HRB400螺纹钢铁素体晶粒长大,占比降低。当变形温度在900℃以下时,组织为铁素体和珠光体,随变形温度的增加,硬度降低;当变形温度在950℃以上时,组织中出现贝氏体,且随变形温度升高,贝氏体含量逐渐增多,硬度逐渐升高。HRB400螺纹钢的变形抗力随变形量、变形速率的增加及变形温度的降低而增大。
Effects of rolling temperature ( 750-1100 ℃) on microstructure and properties of HRB 400 rebar steel were studied by Gleeble-3800 , and deformation resistance at different rolling condition was also analyzed .The results show that with deformation temperature increasing, the ferrite grain size of HRB400 grows up, and the proportion of ferrite decreases .When the temperature is below 900 ℃, the microstructure consists of ferrite and pearlite , as the temperature increasing the hardness decreases .When the temperature is more than 950 ℃, bainite appears , as the temperature increasing the amount and hardness of bainite are also increase .Deformation resistance of HRB400 rebar steel increases with the stain and stain rate increasing and the deformation temperature decreasing .
