摘要
综述了Al-Cu-Mg-Ag高强度耐热铝合金的热处理工艺及其在时效过程中主要强化相Ω和θ'相的演化,介绍了均匀化退火、固溶处理、单级时效、断续多级时效、形变时效和应力时效工艺对Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金组织和性能的影响,并展望了Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金热处理工艺的发展趋势。
Heat treatment process of high-strength and heat-resistance Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys was reviewed , and the evolution of main strengthening phases Ωand θ′precipitated during aging was also illustrated .Meanwhile, the effects of homogenization , solid solution treatment, single aging, muti-step aging, strain aging and stress aging process on microstructure and mechanical properties of the Al -Cu-Mg-Ag alloys were introduced respectively .Finally, the future research direction of heat treatment process of the Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys is proposed .
