焊接矩形薄板的振动时效模拟与分析 被引量:5

摘要 根据金属晶胞结构,建立了面心立方结构的二维金属多晶胞模型。利用该模型和ANSYS有限元软件,对堆焊矩形薄板的焊接过程进行了模拟,得出其温度和残余应力分布。在以上研究的基础上,利用谐响应分析技术对堆焊过后有残余应力的矩形薄板在不同激振位置、各阶固有频率和不同激振力大小下的振动时效过程进行了仿真分析,并通过理论与试验进行验证。结果表明,激振位置在焊缝区比在非焊缝区具有更好的消除残余应力效果;在高阶固有频率下比在低阶固有频率下振动时效具有更好的消除残余应力效果;激振力为屈服强度的0.27倍时,消除残余应力效果最好。 Two-dimensional metallic face-centered cubic structure of multiple unit cell models was derived according to the unit cell structure of metal materials.The welding process of rectangular sheet was simulated using the model and ANSYS finite element software , while temperature and residual stress distributions of rectangular sheet were obtained respectively .The process of VSR, residual stress of rectangular sheet after surfacing in different position , the intrinsic frequencies and different exciting force were subsequently simulated using the harmonic response analysis technology .The theory analysis and experiment results show that the effect of residual stress relieving in the weld zone is better than in the non-weld zone, and the VSR with the high frequency has better effect than that with low frequency .Moreover, when exciting force is 0.27 times yield strength, effect of VSR is the best.
