摘要
基于DEFORM软件,研究17CrNiMo6钢内齿圈渗碳工艺仿真中的关键技术问题。在扩散系数模型建立时,考虑温度和含碳量双重因素的影响,给出关于温度和含碳量的扩散系数函数;在确定界限含碳量时,考虑合金成分及淬火油冷速等因素影响,得到界限含碳量具体数值。用确定出的17CrNiMo6钢内齿圈渗碳淬火工艺流程与参数,及DEFORM软件对17CrNiMo6钢内齿圈渗碳进行仿真。对仿真结果与实际热处理工艺技术要求进行对比,表明给出的扩散系数函数、界限含碳量正确合理,仿真准确度较高。
Key technology in carburizing process simulation of 17 CrNiMo6 annular gear was researched based on DEFORM .Considered the influence of temperature and carbon content , diffusion coefficient function was provided to build carbon diffusivity model .Critical carbon content was determined considered the influence of alloy compositions and cooling speed of quenching oil .Based on the carburizing and quenching process and reference of the gear , the carburizing process of 17CrNiMo6 annular gear was simulated by DEFORM .The results show that carbon diffusivity function and critical carbon content are correct and reasonable , and the simulation is accuracy .
