摘要
采用向低碳低硅电工钢中添加稀土的方法,研究不同稀土含量对低碳低硅电工钢组织及织构的影响,借助金相显微镜、XRD等检测手段,对添加稀土的低碳低硅电工钢的组织及织构进行了表征和分析。结果表明,随着稀土含量的增加,促使试验钢热轧组织、再结晶组织晶粒细化,并推迟了退火过程中再结晶的发生时间,{100}<011>织构密度降低,不利于冷轧低碳低硅电工钢电磁性能的提高。
Effects of RE on microstructure and texture of non-oriented low-carbon electrical steel were studied.Microstructure and texture of the steel were characterized and analyzed with metallographic microscopy and XRD.The results show that trace RE can refine the grains of hot-rolled and recrystallizated steel sample,delay the onset of recrystallization during annealing,decrease the intensity of {100} 〈011 〉,it is adverse to the improvement of electromagnetic performance of low-carbon electrical steel.
