摘要
经渗氮处理的零件在后续加工、周转及装机使用过程中易在其尖边及锐角处发生渗层局部剥落现象,是一直影响本公司航空产品质量的突出问题。本文在典型渗氮零件1Cr17Ni2钢调整齿套热处理工艺的基础上,选取3种材料的零件进行了不同的渗氮处理、磨削加工试验以及破坏性试验,研究了零件材料、热处理及磨削加工工艺参数等对调整齿套渗氮层剥落程度的影响,并提出了改进措施及建议。
After nitriding,parts were prone to peel off at sharp edges and sharp corners in subsequent processing,turnaround or service,which is a prominent problem of the quality of aeronautic products. Effects of material,heat treatment process and grinding parameters on the degree of regulating bushing nitrided layer peeling were investigated on three kinds of parts with different nitriding treatment,grinding test and destructive test based on the heat treatment process of typical nitrided 1Cr17Ni2 steel regulating bushing. Counter-measures for improvement are suggested.
