稀释率对钛合金表面镍基熔覆层质量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过改变激光扫描速度来改变熔覆过程中钛合金基材的熔化程度,进而研究稀释率的不同对钛合金表面镍基熔覆层质量的影响。结果表明,随着扫描速度的提高,稀释率减小。随着稀释率的提高,熔覆层中小球状颗粒(Ti C)数量明显增加,块状相(Ti B2)数量稍有增加,熔覆层显微硬度提高。但在一定范围内提高扫描速度,稀释率下降但熔覆层显微硬度无明显变化。稀释率较低时,熔覆层出现裂纹的几率偏大。 Melting degree of titanium substrate during cladding was controlled by changing the scanning speed, to study the effect of dilution rate on quality of nickel-based cladding on surface of titanium alloy. The results show that with the increase of scanning speed, the dilution rate decreases. With the increase of dilution rate, the number of the small spherical particles ( TiC) obviously increases. While the number of the bulk phases ( TiB2 ) increases slightly. The higher of the dilution rate, the higher of the cladding-layer hardness. But the increasing of the scanning speed in a certain range has little effect on the cladding-layer hardness. Lower dilution rate contributes to the probability of crack in cladding larger.
