Effects of rolling process on microstructure and mechanical properties of ultra high strength steel

摘要 通过组织观察及性能测试研究了轧制工艺对超高强钢组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,在再结晶区轧制后直接淬火和回火,组织中马氏体板条尺寸较大;再结晶区+未再结晶区轧制后直接淬火和回火后,组织细小、均匀,大角度晶界所占比例更高,马氏体板条束尺寸减小,钢的强韧性更好。 Effects of rolling process on microstructure and mechanical properties of ultra high strength steel were studied through microstructure observation and property test. The results show that the martensite lath is larger when rolled in recrystallized zone and then quenched and tempered. Fine and even microstructure is obtained when rolled in recrystallized zone and non-recrystallizaed zone and then quenched and tempered, the proportion of large angle grain boundaries is higher, the blocky martensite is finer, which is also the reason that high strength and toughness of steel plate can be obtained.
