控制冷却工艺对12Cr1MoV锅炉钢组织与性能的影响 被引量:7

Effects of controlled cooling process on microstructure and mechanical properties of 12Cr1MoV boiler steel

摘要 用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、冲击试验机对12Cr1MoV锅炉钢在不同冷却速度下控冷正火后高温回火后的组织性能进行了分析。结果表明,随着热模拟控冷速度的升高,720℃回火保温70 min后的显微组织中铁素体含量减少,少量珠光体逐渐消失,贝氏体含量逐渐增多。在10℃/s的速度控冷下,12Cr1Mo V钢的显微组织为铁素体+贝氏体,且球化级别为1.5级,综合性能较好。 Microstructure and mechanical properties of 12Cr1MoV boiler steel normalized under control cooled with different cooling rates and tempered at high temperature were researched by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and the impact testing machine combined with thermal simulation machine Gleeble-3500. The results show that with controlled cooling rate increasing, the ferrite content reduces, few pearlite gradually disappears and bainite content increases after tempered at 720℃ for 70 min. At 10℃/s cooling rates, the microstructure of 12Cr1MoV steel is ferrite and bainite, and the carbide spheroidization level is 1. 5, which can get a better comprehensive mechanical properties.
