摘要
对X22CrMoV12-1钢的化学成分进行了优化设计,并对X22CrMoV12-1钢热处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明,相同回火温度下,微调淬火温度对室温力学性能影响不大;相同淬火温度下,随回火温度提高,材料韧性提高,强度降低。采用1020℃淬火+690℃回火的热处理工艺,可获得优良的综合力学性能,可用于实际生产。
Chemical composition of X22CrMoV12-1 steel was optimized and heat treatment processes of the steel were studied. The results show that at the same tempering temperature,the small change of the quenching temperature has little effect on the mechanical properties at room temperature,while as tempering temperature increase,the toughness of the steel is improved,and the strength decrease at the same quenching temperature. The steel can get excellent comprehensive mechanical properties when quenched at 1020 ℃ and then tempered at 690 ℃,which can be used to production.
