摘要
针对含Ga明矾石精矿开展了Ga、Al、K等有价元素选择性浸出试验研究。结果表明,在浸出温度80℃、浸出时间120min、搅拌速度300r/min、硫酸浓度70g/L、液固比4∶1条件下,Al、K的浸出率分别为81.7%、89.1%,Ga的浸出率为0.72%,浸出渣中Ga含量171.3g/t,富集3.16倍,实现了Ga与Al、K的分离。
Experimental research was carried out on selective leaching of the valuable elements such as Ga,Al and K in gallium-containing alunite concentrate.Under the conditions of leaching temperature 80 ℃,leaching time 120 min,agitation speed 300r/min,H2SO4 concentration 70g/L and liquid to solid ratio4∶1,the leaching rates of Al and K are 81.7% and 89.1%,respectively,while the leaching rate of Ga is0.72%.Ga content in the leaching slag is 171.3g/t,which is 3.16 times as rich as the raw material,showing that Ga is separated from Al and K.
