摘要
研究了NbHf10-1合金锭的挤压工艺。结果表明:在挤压比【5∶1、挤压温度980~1 320℃下,可挤压出表面质量良好的挤压锭;采用挤压矩形棒坯轧制NbHf10-1合金板材,可提高轧制成品率和生产效率。
The extrusion process of the alloy ingot NbHf10-1was studied.The results show that the extrusion ingot with good surface quality can be obtained when the extrusion ratio is lower than 5∶1and extrusion temperature is 980~1 320 ℃.Using the extrusion rectangular bar to roll NbHf10-1alloy sheet,both finished product ratio and production efficiency of rolling can be improved.
