摘要
针对承钢特殊铁水条件(wV=0.15%~0.25%,铁水温度为1 280~1 380℃),通过理论分析,采取N2-O2提钒模式,控制转炉提钒各工艺参数,得到合格钒渣和良好的半钢。生产实践表明,解决了对低钒、高温铁水的钒资源提取,取得良好的经济效益。
Under the special hot metal condition in ChengSteel (wV =0 .15% -0 .25% ,temperature of molten iron at 1280-1380 ℃) and theoretical analysis ,the qualified vanadium slag and semi‐steel were obtained by taking N2‐O2 vanadium extraction mode which controlled the parameters of vanadium extraction by converter processes .The pro‐duction practice indicated that the low‐vanadium extraction from high temperature molten iron was achieved and good economic benefits were realized .
