摘要
实践表明,污泥球团在转炉炼钢中以化渣剂、冷却剂的形式加入,具有显著的冶金效果。通过对比试验,可以得出以下结论:在转炉冶炼过程中加入污泥球团能够实现快速化渣,有利于脱磷反应,提高了倒炉C-T-P三命中比例,减轻炉衬侵蚀,并有效减少钢水夹杂物含量,提高连铸低倍组织质量,该工艺降低了钢铁料耗、石灰消耗、氧气消耗,缩短冶炼周期,降低冶炼成本。还阐述了转炉的湿法除尘系统工艺、污泥造球工艺和污泥球团的应用工艺等。
Practice shows that sludge pellet is added in the form of slugging agent and coolant in converter steelmaking,which has the obvious metallurgical effect.Through contrast test,the following conclusions can be drawn:using sludge pellet in converter smelting process can achieve rapid slugging,facilitate dephosphorization reaction,improve the inverted furnace C-T-P hit ratio,reduce erosion,and reduce the content of inclusion in molten steel to improve the quality of low times microstructure continuous casting.The process can lower steel material consumption,the consumption of lime,oxygen consumption,shorten the smelting cycle,and reduce the smelting cost.The sludge wet dedusting system,converter sludge pellet balling process and application technology were also elaborated.
